The new online discussion board assignment is now posted on the board (which can be found here). Please post a paragraph or two on the topic; it’s due by 6am this coming Monday (03/15).
As announced today in class: We will not have an exam this Friday (March 12th). Exam #2 will instead be given in class next Friday, March 19th.
There will also be no class meeting this Friday, March 12th. See you on Monday.

Not class-related, but of interest to philosophically inclined students:
The first Roving Ethicist meeting of the semester is going to be held this Sunday, 2/28/2010, at the Empire Commons Community Building from 12noon-2PM. Coffee, tea, and snacks (mostly cookies) will be served. The topic is TBA, but students should feel encouraged to send in their own topics of ethical interest to the Roving Ethicist Facebook Group.
As you likely already know, the university has cancelled Wednesday, Feb. 24 morning classes through 12:25 p.m. because of the weather. That means us. See you all on Friday.
